Work then play

 We started today with a short run.  Since I run every day, I wanted to get a couple of miles in as I needed to get more work done on the garden.  As always, Booker was all in.  Sisko seemed reluctant but followed me to the door.  He wasn't limping or anything, but didn't seemed thrilled.  Since I was only going a couple of miles, I decided to take him knowing I could just turn around and bring him back.  He was fine and we were quickly back home. 

I headed out to the garden and finished up most of my work before noon as both dogs laid in the dirt and supervised my progress.

With that done, we had the afternoon free.  We decided to head to a different part of Lake Ontario and got in a few miles along that beach.  Most of that stretch has homes relatively close to the beach but most of them are summer homes and those people haven't come back yet. 

But there must have been animals that cross that area to get to the water because both dogs acted like bloodhounds following a scent!
